This event, designed specifically for students in 8th, 9th, and 10th grades, was guided by the expertise of esteemed Yoga Instructor Rama R. Kedlaya, renowned for her PG Diploma in Yoga Therapy and certification as a Level 5 Skill India Yoga Instructor.

The serene ambiance of Kukralli Lake provided an ideal setting for this transformative experience. Students were immersed in a series of yoga asanas carefully curated to enhance physical agility, mental acuity, and emotional balance. Under Rama R. Kedlaya's expert guidance, they not only learned the fundamentals of yoga but also gained valuable insights into techniques aimed at improving concentration and fostering inner peace.
